As Fox and Krystal return to the Stinger II, they find Tails with Rex.

"Is she going to be all right?" asks Tails concerned about Xin Xin.

"She'll be fine," says Fox. "Anubis totally deleted her memory of her abduction."

"So what's going on here?" asks Krystal.

"Well, on my way back to the Starhawk, I found in the sand a chip which probably belonged to one of the destroyed robots," says Tails. "I later learned that it was a voice chip and have installed it into Rex."

"That must've been Cylon's chip," says Krystal. "Rex, how do you feel?"

"I feel like a new dog," says Rex in his new voice. "Now I don't sound so montonous any more."

"Wonderful job, Tails," says Fox. "Tiny was right. You would make a great engineering officer.'

"Oh, it was nothing," says Tails modestly feeling embarrassed over the praise. 'I just wanted to help out."

"You certainly helped us out a few times while you're here, Miles," says Krystal. "You would be a welcome addition to the crew if you want to."

"I'll have to think about it," says Tails. "But I appreciate the offer. Now I'm ready to head back home."

"We will as soon as Fara gets on board," says Fox.

"Where is Fara?" asks Krystal.

"Fara wanted some quiet time for a while," says Fox. "She'll come up when she's ready."
