When the light finally subsided, Fox noticed that the staff he was holding is gone. Then he and Krystal see sitting in the cage a small light blue skinned girl with pink hair and a pink outfit that looks futuristic. As she looks up at Fox and Krystal, she was breathing a great sigh of relief. The McClouds also notices that the glowing rings around the ends of her hair ends were now pink. There was something rather cosmic about this girl.

Cosmic Girl: Thank you for helping me. I never thought I would be set free. Who do I owe my freedom to?

Fox: I'm Fox McCloud and this is my wife, Krystal.And you are...?

Cosmic Girl: My name is Satrina. Pleased to meet you both.

Krystal: Tell me, Satrina. What caused you to be turned into a statue?

Satrina: First, I am from a different dimension. My dimension consisted of people like me. We're what you would call "cosmic imps". I admit that we are a rather mischievous race who like to play tricks on each other and to others. However, we also want to make sure that the pranks we pull don't hurt anyone. Then there was that fateful day.

Fox: What happened?

Satrina: I was playing a magical on someone who thought was one who I know. The prank was a simple slip and fall. Unfortunately something went wrong and it resulted in this person getting seriously injured. What made things worse was that the one that fell was one of the Elders, who are powerful leaders in my dimension.I didn't mean for this to happen. (The rings then turn blue.)

Krystal: You should have been more careful.

Satrina: I know that now. But the Elders were not willing to be so merciful. So as punishment, I was banished completely from my dimension and was to be sent to this dimension. However, the penalty became more severe when I was petrified to stone while I was pleading my case. My lifeforce was then taken from me and was formed to be a decoration on a staff.

Fox: The ruby! That was your lifeforce.

Satrina: That's right. Then I was sent along with a staff to this place which I'm sure was put together by the Elders so that I can never be found. I don't know how long I have been imprisoned.

Krystal: So the staff, the tunnel, and this maze was all put together by the Elders?

Satrina: That's right. But now that you have freed me, all this will disappear once we get out of the maze.

Fox: I couldn't help noticing that the rings around your hair glow different colors as you were speaking. Is that how your people show their feelings and emotions?

Satrina: That is right. That's the only trait my people cannot do, which is hide their emotions.

Krystal: Right now they're blue because you're in a sad state of mind.

Satrina: Yes. When I'm afraid, they're yellow, when I'm happy, they're pink and when I'm angry, they become red. The Elders that day were very red. (Shudders. The rings turn yellow.)

Fox: Well, it looks as if you're part of this world now. You're going to find a lot of different things here.

Satrina: I'm sure I will. But fortunately I know all about different cultures in different dimensions. But I owe a great debt to you and for that I'm grateful. (The rings turn pink.) Now let's see about getting out of this maze.
