Failed Hunt

Somewhere in the Forest of Mists, Jager suddenly finds Soto on the ground and dazed.

Jager: Soto, what happened?

Soto: I was stalking an intruder. A large rabbit who was surveying the area so I was sneaking up on him. I had to be careful because he was armed with a bow and arrow. Didn't want to take any chances. I was ready to pounce on him when I was suddenly attacked from behind.

Jager: By who?

Soto: I didn't know at first. but whoever had the drop on me looked like a raccoon with a cane. Next thing I knew he was swinging at me and connecting. And then I was knocked out. That guy has skills.

Jager: This isn't good. We better inform the Contessa about these intruders. This could be trouble if they learn about her plans.

Soto: Agreed. Oh, I'm in too much pain after what that raccoon did to me.
