Pool of Danaides

The Kitsune guardian soon leads Foxy Fred to a portal. As they step through, they are in a chamber with a pillared pool in the middle.

FF: Is this Danaides?

KG: Yes, it is. And this is the pool that you are to go into.

FF: I see. But if this potion I'm supposed to drink puts me to sleep while I'm in the pool, won't I drown?

KG: Oh, no. You would be floating on the water. During the time you're floating your true self will come out.

FF: OK. I only hope this works.
