Shiruba's Village

It wasn't long before Foxy Fred and Shiruba arrived at her village. Fred is astounded as the place is at the edge of a mountain range with many pipes going through it.

FF: This is your village?

Shiruba: Yes, Fred. Many call this place a Steampunk Settlement. It looks very old fashioned but it runs on ingenuity.

FF: Amazing. I would go for something like this since I do quite a bit of tinkering.

Shiruba: I knew you would like it, Fred. At this hour there's still a bit of activity here. Do you want to look around or come to my place?

What should Fred do here? Both situations are inviting.
