As Amthyst looks through the Sword of Omens at the Book of Omens, Rachidna weakly tries to warn him.

Rachidna: Amthyst, no! You don't know what you're doing!

But it was too late. Amthyst was soon caught in the same matter that Rachidna and Raichu were caught and soon Amthyst was enveloped on a blue glow and the energy blasts him into the Book of Omens. No sooner did Amthyst disappears the two Krystals arrive.

Krystal Nightmoon: Rachidna, you're all right.

Krystal McCloud: Where's Amthyst?

Amthyst meanwhile is in the Book of Omens at the same area Rachidna and Raichu were. Suddenly the Temple rises again to Amthyst's surprise.

Voice of Temple: Do you have the Key?

Amthyst: Key? What Key? I don't need a blasted key!

Voice of Temple: Without the key, you will perish!

Amthyst: You think you can scare me, Amthyst, the Lord of Darkness?
