Do You Want To Switch Jobs?

Lately I've been seeing fan art that has Retsuko of "Aggretsuko" with Isabelle of "Animal Crossing". So here we have the two facing each other and asking each other the same question: Do you want to switch jobs. Wonder who would get the better deal if they did switch occupations.
